Account Usage

Each user is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account. wk44 will not be liable for unauthorized access to or suspicious transactions on an account, unless the issue was caused by our own system.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is not permitted.
• A record of every deposit transaction is kept and may be verified if needed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing earnings from bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Transaction Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits that have already been credited to the gaming balance are generally non-refundable. However, if a duplicate charge or incorrect amount has been deducted due to a technical error, please contact the support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• wk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person or household is not permitted.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of wk44 will be considered final.

VIP Program

Regular and active users may be eligible for the wk44 VIP Program. This program is divided into five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. Special benefits and offers apply at each tier.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

wk44 is firmly committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. Fair play is ensured across all games.

Casino Games

In slot machines, live casino, and other games, outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is conducted completely independently and has no connection to previous results.

Sports Betting

The following terms apply to sports betting:

• If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds registered at the time of the original bet will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Game Errors & Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error in any game, wk44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant game round and refund the bet amount. Abnormally large winnings from a faulty game will not be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wk44 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or altered identity information.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Colluding with other users to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or other cyberattacks.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

wk44 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Long-term inactivity.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request.

Closed by user

You can close your own account at any time. To do so, contact the wk44 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Inactive accounts

Accounts that have not been used for a long time may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the user will be notified by email. Any valid balance in an inactive account will be returned through the appropriate process.

9 Responsible Gaming
